Common use of Date and Place Clause in Contracts

Date and Place. Subject to Clause 4, Completion shall take place at the offices of the Vendors' Solicitors on 29th July 1998 or two Business Days after the condition set out in Clause 4.1 is satisfied or waived, whichever is the later or at such other place or on such other date as may be agreed between the Purchaser and the Vendors.

Subject to Clause 4, Completion shall take place at 2:00 pm at the offices Seller's office on the fifth Business Day following fulfilment or waiver of the Vendors' Solicitors on 29th July 1998 or two Business Days after last of the condition Conditions Precedent (other than those set out in Clause 4.1 is satisfied Clauses 4.1.8, 4.1.11, 4.1.16 and 4.1.17, provided that no notice has been received by either the Purchaser or waived, whichever is the later Seller that such Conditions Precedent will not be fulfilled at or before Completion) (or at such other place location, time or on such other date as may be agreed between the Purchaser and the VendorsSeller).
