Common use of Date and Time of the Closing Clause in Contracts

Date and Time of the Closing. The Closing shall be held as promptly as practicable following the satisfaction of, or waiver by the party entitled to satisfaction of, all conditions precedent to the Transactions specified in this Agreement, and, in any event, no later than November 30, 2005. The date on which the Closing occurs is referred to in this Agreement as the "Closing Date."
