Common use of Date and Time Clause in Contracts

Date and Time. Subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement being satisfied, the closing of the sale of Shares contemplated by this Agreement (the “Closing”) shall take place at a mutually agreeable location. At the Closing, the Seller will deliver to the Purchaser the certificates representing the Shares purchased by the Purchaser in the name of the Purchaser. The Seller agrees to execute such documentation as is required in order to facilitate the Closing.

Date and Time.
