Common use of Date Changes Clause in Contracts

Date Changes. In the event the CLIENT(S) request to change the date of the wedding, every effort will be made by BALD KNOB CROSS OF PEACE to transfer reservations to support the new date. However, a date change can only be accommodated if the date is open on the BALD KNOB CROSS OF PEACE calendar. If the change of date creates additional expenses for BALD KNOB CROSS OF PEACE, those expenses will be passed onto the CLIENT(S). The CLIENT(S) agree that in the event of an approved date change, all deposits and fees can be applied to the new date. However, the CLIENT(S) further understand that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that BALD KNOB CROSS OF PEACE is not responsible for these compromises in quality.
