Common use of DATE OF COMING INTO FORCE Clause in Contracts

DATE OF COMING INTO FORCE. 12.1 The Parties acknowledge that, in order to be effective, the Land Code and this Agreement must be approved by the members of the First Nation in accordance with the Framework Agreement and the Act. 12.2 Articles 7, 9 and 10 of this Agreement shall come into force as of the day the First Nation and the Minister sign this Agreement. 12.3 The remainder of this Agreement shall come into full force and effect on the date the Land Code comes into force.
