Common use of Date of Commencement of Work Clause in Contracts

Date of Commencement of Work. The date of commencement of the Work is the date established in the Notice to Proceed. If there is no Notice to Proceed, it shall be the execution of effective date of the Construction Agreement or such other date as may be established therein.
