Common use of Date of Price Clause in Contracts

Date of Price. Supplier agrees to accept purchase orders at the prices in effect on the day the order is transmitted. If purchase orders are not received by AmerisourceBergen on the mutually agreed schedule (which schedule shall not be later than six months from the order date), then a deduction provision may be implemented by AmerisourceBergen. Supplier will notify AmerisourceBergen on the day the order is placed of any product adjustments or held purchase order delays.
