DATE OF SEPARATION. Employee's employment with the Company and/or the Company's subsidiaries is hereby separated as of September 21, 2005 and Employee hereby tenders Employee's resignation from any positions now held with the Company and/or its subsidiaries, all such resignations to be effective as of September 21, 2005.
