This agreement has been settled between the Secretary for Education and PPTA. It shall be subject to ratification by PPTA members pursuant to section 51 of the Employment Relations Act 2000. The terms outlined in this document are valid for ratification by PPTA provided ratification is confirmed and the new collective agreement is signed no later than 5 May 2023.
