Date of Substantial Completion. Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Work under this Contract within ( ) consecutive calendar days ("Contract Time") from the date specified in District's Notice to Proceed, subject to adjustments of this Contract Time as provided in the Contract Documents.
