Common use of Date of Substantial Completion Clause in Contracts

Date of Substantial Completion. Date on which Tenant receives written notice from Landlord's architect that the Tenant Improvements have been substantially completed and a certificate of occupancy (or the equivalent for the City of Indianapolis) has been issued, subject to any Punch-List items established pursuant to Section 3.04 (“Substantial Completion”).
