Common use of Date of Termination Clause in Contracts

Date of Termination. For the purpose of this Agreement, the term "Date of Termination" means (i) in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is required, the date of receipt of such Notice of Termination or, if later, the date specified therein, as the case may be, and (ii) in all other cases, the actual date on which the Executive's employment terminates during the Employment Period.

Date of Termination. For the purpose purposes of this Agreement, the term "“Date of Termination" means (i) ” shall mean the date of the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company specified in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is required, the date of receipt of such Notice of Termination or, if later, the date specified therein, as the case may be, and (ii) in all other cases, the actual date on which the Executive's employment terminates during the Employment PeriodTermination.

For the purpose purposes of this Agreement, the term "“Date of Termination" ” means (i) in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is required, the date of receipt of such the Notice of Termination or, if later, the or any later date specified therein, as the case may be; provided, and (ii) in all other caseshowever, that if Employee’s employment is terminated by reason of his death, the actual Date of Termination shall be the date on which of death of Employee and in the Executive's employment terminates during event of a Non-Renewal, the Employment Date of Termination shall be the last day of the Initial Term or applicable Renewal Period.

For the purpose purposes of this Agreement, the term "“Date of Termination" means ” is defined as (i) the Executive’s date of death, in the event of his death; or the date of his termination due to disability, in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is requireddisability, the date of receipt of such Notice of Termination or, if later, or (ii) the date specified thereinin the notice of termination, as in the case may be, and (ii) in all other cases, the actual date on which of the Executive's employment terminates during the Employment Period’s termination pursuant to Sections (5)(b), (5)(c), 5(d) hereof.

Date of Termination. For the purpose of this Agreement, the term "“Date of Termination" ” means (i) in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is required, the date of receipt of specified in such Notice of Termination (or, if later, the date specified therein, as the case may be, expiration of any applicable cure or notice period) and (ii) in all other cases, the actual date on which the Executive's ’s employment terminates during the Employment Period.

Date of Termination. For the purpose of this Agreement, the term "“Date of Termination" ” means (i) in if the case of a termination Consultant’s services are terminated by the Company and/or the Bank for Cause, or by the Consultant for Good Reason, the date on which a the Notice of Termination is requiredgiven, the or any later date specified therein within 30 days of receipt delivery of such Notice of Termination or, if later, the date specified thereinnotice, as the case may be, and or (ii) in all if the Consultant’s services are terminated for any other casesreason, the actual Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Executive's employment terminates during the Employment Periodspecified in such Notice of Termination.

Date of Termination. For the purpose of this Agreement, the term "Date of Termination" means (i) in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is required, the date of receipt of such the Notice of Termination or, if later, the or any later date specified therein, as the case may be, and (ii) . If the Employee's employment is terminated by the Employer in all other casesbreach of this Agreement, the actual Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Executive's employment terminates during Employer notifies the Employment PeriodEmployee of such termination.

For the purpose of this Agreement, the term "“Date of Termination" means (i) ” will mean the date specified in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is required, where required (which date shall be on or after the date of receipt of such the Notice of Termination or, if later, Termination) or in any other case upon your ceasing to perform services for the date specified therein, as the case may be, and (ii) in all other cases, the actual date on which the Executive's employment terminates during the Employment PeriodManpower Group.

For the purpose purposes of this Agreement, the term "“Date of Termination" ” means (i) in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is required, the date of receipt of such Notice of Termination or, if later, the date specified therein, as the case may be, therein and (ii) in all other cases, the actual date on which the Executive's ’s employment terminates during the Employment Period.

Date of Termination. For the purpose of this Agreement, the term "Date of Termination" means (i) in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is required, the date of receipt of such Notice of Termination or, if later, the date specified thereintherein up to 90 days after receipt, as the case may be, and (ii) in all other cases, the actual date on which the ExecutiveEmployee's employment terminates terminated during the Employment Period.

For the purpose of this Agreement, the term "“Date of Termination" ” means (i) in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is if required, the date of receipt of such Notice of Termination or, if later, the date specified therein, as the case may be, and (iiiii) in all other cases, the actual date on which the Executive's ’s employment terminates during the Employment Period.

For purposes of the purpose of Agreement and this AgreementAmendment, the term "“Date of Termination" ” means (i) in the case date of termination as set forth on a written notice of termination for which a Notice of Termination is requiredor, if different, the date of receipt by the Company of such Notice notice of Termination ortermination; provided, if laterhowever, that any such date shall not exceed the date specified therein, as the case may be, and (ii) in all other cases, the actual date on which the Executive's employment terminates during the Employment Periodof receipt by more than 30 days.

For the purpose purposes of this Agreement, the term "Date of Termination" means (i) in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is required, shall mean the date of receipt Death, Retirement or the date of such termination of employment specified in the Notice of Termination or, if later, the date specified therein, as the case may be, and (ii) in all other cases, the actual date on which the Executive's employment terminates during the Employment PeriodTermination.

For the purpose purposes of this Agreement, the term "Date of Termination" means is defined as (i) the Executive's date of death, in the event of her death; or the date of her termination due to disability, in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is requireddisability, the date of receipt of such Notice of Termination or, if later, or (ii) the date specified thereinin the notice of termination, as in the case may be, and (ii) in all other cases, the actual date on which of the Executive's employment terminates during the Employment Periodtermination pursuant to Sections (5)(b), (5)(c), 5(d) hereof.

For the purpose of this Agreement, the term "“Date of Termination" ” means (i) the date specified in the case of a termination for which a Notice of Termination is required, where required (which date shall be on or after the date of receipt of such the Notice of Termination orTermination) or in any other case during the Term, if laterupon the Employee’s ceasing to perform services for the Company. In either case, the date specified therein, as Date of Termination shall be the case may be, and (ii) in all other cases, the actual date on which Employee has a “separation from service” from the Executive's employment terminates during the Employment PeriodCompany, as determined in accordance with Treasury Regulation 1.409A-1(h)(1).
