Common use of Date of Termination Clause in Contracts

Date of Termination. Date of Termination. For purposes of this Agreement, the “Date of Termination" ” means (i) if ------------------- Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company for CapStar with or without Cause, or by Executive for Good Reason, the later date of the date specified in receipt of the Notice of Termination or the any later date that is one day after the last day of any applicable cure periodspecified therein within thirty (30) days following such notice, (ii) if Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, or Executive resigns voluntarily without Good Reason, the thirtieth (30th) day following the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination, provided that CapStar may in its discretion accelerate the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company Termination, or Executive notified Executive or the Company, respectively, of such termination and (iii) if Executive's ’s employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

Date of Termination. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Date of Termination" means (i) if ------------------- the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, or by the Executive during a Window Period or for Good Reason, the later date of the date specified in receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the date that is one day after the last day of any applicable cure periodcase may be, (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, or Executive resigns without Good Reason, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company or notifies the Executive notified Executive or the Company, respectively, of such termination and (iii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” means (i) if ------------------- Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company CapStar for Cause, or by Executive for Good Reason, the later date of the date specified in receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the date that is one day after the last day of any applicable cure periodcase may be, (ii) if Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company CapStar other than for Cause or Disability, or the date on which CapStar notifies Executive of such termination, (iii) if Executive resigns without Good Reason, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company or Executive notified Executive or the Company, respectively, notifies CapStar of such termination and (iiiiv) if Executive's ’s employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” means (i) if ------------------- the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, Cause or Incapacity or by the Executive for Good Reason, the later date of the date specified in receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein and otherwise consistent with this Agreement, as the date that is one day after the last day of any applicable cure periodcase may be, (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, or Executive resigns without Good ReasonIncapacity, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company or notifies the Executive notified Executive or the Company, respectively, of such termination termination, and (iii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by reason of death or Disabilitydeath, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may beExecutive.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” means (i) if ------------------- the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, or by the Executive for Post-CIC Good Reason, the later date of the date specified in receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date up to six months thereafter specified therein, as the date that is one day after the last day of any applicable cure periodcase may be, (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, or Executive resigns without Good Reason, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company or notifies the Executive notified Executive or the Company, respectively, of such termination or any later date specified therein within 30 days of such notice and (iii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination. Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” means (i) if ------------------- the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, or by Executive for Good Reason, the later of the date specified in the Notice of Termination or the date that is one day after the last day of any applicable cure period, (ii) if Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or Executive resigns without Good Reasonany later date specified therein within 90 days of such notice, (ii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive, 30 days after receipt of the Notice of Termination (provided, that the Company may accelerate the Date of Termination shall be to an earlier date by providing the date on which the Company or Executive notified Executive or the Company, respectively, with notice of such termination and action) (iii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of the Executive’s death of Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be, and (iv) if Executive’s employment is terminated by expiration of this Agreement, the date of expiration of this Agreement.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” means (i) if ------------------- Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, or by Executive for Good Reason, the later of the termination date as specified in the Notice of Termination Section 6(c) or the date that is one day after the last day of any applicable cure period(d), as applicable, (ii) if Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause as specified in subsection (i) above and other than by reason of death, Disability or DisabilityRetirement, the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein within 60 days after receipt of the Notice of Termination, as the case may be, or Executive resigns without Good Reason, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company or Executive notified Executive or the Company, respectively, of such termination and (iii) if Executive's ’s employment is terminated by reason of death death, Disability or DisabilityRetirement, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death or Retirement of Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" means (i) if ------------------- the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company Energy Group or any of its affiliated companies for Cause, or by the Executive for Good Reason, the later date of the date specified in receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the date that is one day after the last day of any applicable cure periodcase may be, (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company Energy Group or any of its affiliated companies other than for Cause or Disability, or Executive resigns without Good Reason, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which Energy Group or any of its affiliated companies notifies the Company or Executive notified Executive or the Company, respectively, of such termination and (iii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” means (i) if ------------------- the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, or by Executive for Good Reason, the later of the date specified in the Notice of Termination or Termination, which may not be less than 60 days after the date of delivery of the Notice of Termination; provided that is one day after the last day Company may specify any earlier Date of any applicable cure periodTermination, (ii) if Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, or Executive resigns without Good Reason, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company or Executive notified Executive or the Company, respectively, of such termination and (iii) if Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination, or any later date specified therein, or (iii) if Executive’s employment is terminated by reason of death, Disability or Retirement, the Date of Termination shall will be the date of death of Executive or Retirement, or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” means (i) if ------------------- Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company for or the Bank with or without Cause, or by Executive for Good Reason, the later date of the date specified in receipt of the Notice of Termination or the any later date that is one day after the last day of any applicable cure periodspecified therein within thirty (30) days following such notice, (ii) if Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, or Executive resigns voluntarily without Good Reason, the thirtieth (30th) day following the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination, provided that the Company may in its discretion accelerate the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company Termination, or Executive notified Executive or the Company, respectively, of such termination and (iii) if Executive's ’s employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

Date of Termination. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Date of Termination" ” means (i) if ------------------- the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, or by the Executive during a Window Period or for Good Reason, the later date of the date specified in receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the date that is one day after the last day of any applicable cure periodcase may be, (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, or Executive resigns without Good Reason, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company or notifies the Executive notified Executive or the Company, respectively, of such termination and (iii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

Obligations of the Company upon Termination.
