Common use of Dates of Exercise Clause in Contracts

Dates of Exercise. This option may not be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time the Plan is approved by the Corporation's shareholders in accordance with Paragraph 17. Provided such shareholder approval is obtained, this option shall thereupon become exercisable for the Option Shares in one or more installments as is specified in the Grant Notice. As the option becomes exercisable in one or more installments, the installments shall accumulate and the option shall remain exercisable for such installments until the Expiration Date or the sooner termination of the option term under Paragraph 5 or Paragraph 6 of this Agreement.

Dates of Exercise. This option Option may not be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time the Plan or any increases in shares reserved under the Plan is approved by the Corporation's shareholders in accordance with Paragraph 17Company’s shareholders. Provided such shareholder approval is obtained, this option Option shall thereupon become exercisable for the Option Shares in one or more installments as is specified in the Grant Notice. As If the option Option becomes exercisable in one or more installments, the such installments shall accumulate and the option Option shall remain exercisable for such installments until the Expiration Date or the sooner termination of the option Option term under Paragraph 5 or Paragraph Section 6 of this AgreementAgreement or any applicable provision of the Plan.

This option Option may not be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time the 2005 Plan is approved by the Corporation's shareholders in accordance with Paragraph 17. Provided such shareholder approval is obtained, this option Option shall thereupon become exercisable for the Option Shares in one or more installments as is specified in the Grant Notice. As the option Option becomes exercisable in one or more installments, the installments shall accumulate and the option Option shall remain exercisable for such installments until the Expiration Date or the sooner termination of the option Option term under Paragraph 5 or Paragraph 6 of this Agreement.

Dates of Exercise. This option Option may not be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time the Plan or any increases in shares reserved under the Plan is approved by the Corporation's Company’s shareholders in accordance with Paragraph 17Section 18 hereof. Provided such shareholder approval is obtained, this option Option shall thereupon become exercisable for the Option Shares in one or more installments as is specified in the Grant Noticenotice or confirmation. As If the option Option becomes exercisable in one or more installments, the such installments shall accumulate and the option Option shall remain exercisable for such installments until the Expiration Date or the sooner termination of the option Option term under Paragraph 5 or Paragraph Section 6 of this AgreementAgreement or any applicable provision of the Plan.
