Common use of Dates of Operation Clause in Contracts

Dates of Operation. This Agreement will take effect on the day it is lodged with the Workplace Authority, and will have a nominal expiry date of three (3) years from the date on which the Agreement was lodged and will continue unless replaced or terminated in accordance with the Act.
