Common use of Dates of Performance Clause in Contracts

Dates of Performance. A. The term of this agreement will be August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025, unless terminated as set forth in item 6 above. At least 30-days prior to the expiration of the 12-month program period, the UNIVERSITY will notify the DISTRICT, in writing, of the estimated costs for the subsequent program year. If the parties agree to a subsequent term, this agreement will be amended for each subsequent year accordingly to reflect funding commitment for the next program year. B. This Agreement shall not be legally effective until after the review and approval of all parties and an effective date is stamped upon It. The proposed start date Is August 1, 2024, however eligible project-related costs incurred 45 days prior to full execution of this agreement are allowed and will be reimbursed. C. All services will be completed by the last day of the UNIVERSITY'S spring semester each year of this agreement, unless otherwise extended in writing by both parties.
