DAY AND DATE.  Consult the chapter’s calendar to make sure the event does not conflict with other activities.  Check your standard calendar for possible conflicts with national or religious holidays.  Local calendars will be of help in screening for desirable dates as they may include private and public school vacations, events of other organizations, and local athletic events.  Check FHSU’s academic calendar to see if students will be able to attend.  Time is the next most important factor besides the date.  Chapters located in larger cities must accommodate travel time before or after rush hours.

DAY AND DATE. Below this heading, In the first row, enter the appropriate sequence of the contractor’s pay records. MTWTFSS, for example, is the sequence to use if the workweek ends on a Sunday, and SSMTWTF is the sequence if the workweek ends on a Friday. In the second row, below each letter representing the day of the workweek, insert the corresponding date. Below the heading HOURS WORKED EACH DAY, at the intersection of the column of the particular day and date and the horizontal row of the employee’s name, insert the hours worked each day in the appropriate box either for RT (Regular Time) and / or OT (Overtime). If an employee worked Shift Time, the RT (Regular Time) row shall be used and adjusted accordingly.

  • TIME AND DATE Any reference to a time and date in this Agreement shall mean the time and date where the property is located.

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.
