  • Time and Place Unless this Agreement shall have been terminated pursuant to Section 2.06, and subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions in Section 2.01, the closing of the contributions contemplated by Section 1.01 and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall occur substantially concurrently with the receipt by the REIT of the proceeds from the Offering from the underwriters (the “Closing” or the “Closing Date”) in the order set forth on Exhibit F.
