Common use of Day Fortnight Clause in Contracts

Day Fortnight. The ordinary hours of a 9 Day Fortnight Arrangement to be worked by employees are 8.44 hours per day (i.e. 8 hours and 26 minutes) unless varied in accordance with a term of this Agreement.

Day Fortnight. The ordinary hours of a 9 10 Day Fortnight Arrangement to be worked by employees are 8.44 7.6 hours per day (i.e. 8 7 hours and 26 36 minutes) unless varied in accordance with a term of this Agreement.
