Common use of DAY OFF WITH PAY Clause in Contracts

DAY OFF WITH PAY. In addition to the holidays stipulated in Section each employee in the employ of the Company on December shall be granted a day off with pay, on a day determined by the Company, at his basic rate of pay for that day, or if a Part-time employee, the greater of:

DAY OFF WITH PAY. In addition to the holidays stipulated in Section each employee in the employ of the Company on December the day designated by the Company for such purpose, shall be granted a day off with pay, on at average rate of earnings. The day off with pay shall be designated by the Company during the period from November of the current year to the last day of February of the following year. When an employee cannot be granted a day determined by the Company, off in that period he shall be paid one additional day’s pay at his basic average rate of pay for that day, or if a Part-time employee, the greater of:earnings.

DAY OFF WITH PAY. In addition to the holidays stipulated in Section Paragraph each employee in the employ of the Company on December shall be granted a day off with pay, at his average rate of earnings, if he is working for the Employer on a the day determined designated by the Companylatter for such purpose. The day off with pay shall be designated by the Employer during the period from November of the current year to the last day of February of the following year. Where an employee cannot be granted one day off in that period, he shall be paid one additional day's pay at his basic average rate of pay for that day, or if a Part-time employee, the greater of:earnings.

DAY OFF WITH PAY. 25.01 (a) In addition to the holidays stipulated in Section Article 24.01, each employee in the employ of the Company, on the day designated by the Company on December for such purpose, shall be granted a day off with pay, on a day determined by the Company, pay at his her basic rate of pay for that dayday or, or if a Part-time employeepart -time employee at the rate of 5% of her earnings, excluding overtime and premium payments, for the greater of:two pay periods immediately preceding the day off with pay.

DAY OFF WITH PAY. In addition to the holidays stipulated provided in Section each employee in the employ of the Company on December 1st shall be granted a day off with pay, on a day determined by the Company, at his basic rate of pay for that day, or if a Partpart-time employee, at the greater of:rate of of his earnings, excluding overtime, for the pay period immediately preceding the day off with pay. The day off with pay shall be granted during the period from December 1st to the 15th of January of the following year.

DAY OFF WITH PAY. 18.01 In addition to the holidays stipulated in Section Paragraph 17.01, each employee in the employ of the Company on December shall be granted a day off with pay, at his average rate of earnings, if he is working for the Employer on a the day determined designated by the Companylatter for such purpose. 18.02 The day off with pay shall be designated by the Employer during the period from November 1 of the current year to the last day of February of the following year. 18.03 Where an employee cannot be granted one (1) day off in that period, he shall be paid one (1) additional day’s pay at his basic average rate of pay for that day, or if a Part-time employee, the greater of:earnings.

DAY OFF WITH PAY. 19.01 In addition to the holidays stipulated in Section Paragraph 18.01, each employee in the employ of the Corporation on the day designated by the Corporation for such purpose shall be granted a day off with pay, at his/her average rate of earnings. In addition to the holidays stipulated in Paragraph 18.01, each employee in the employ of the Company on December the day designated by the Company for such purpose shall be granted a day off with pay, on a day determined by the Company, at his basic his/her average rate of pay for that day, or if a Part-time employee, the greater of:earnings.
