Common use of DBE Monthly Utilization Progress Reports Clause in Contracts

DBE Monthly Utilization Progress Reports. Developer shall submit to ADOT as part of each monthly Draw Request a DBE Monthly Utilization Progress Report for DBE activities completed during the preceding month.
