DBE Program. In connection with the performance of this Contract, Contractor will cooperate with public agency in meeting its commitments and goals to ensure that DBEs shall have the maximum practicable opportunity to compete for subcontract work, regardless of whether a contract goal is set for this Contract. Contractor agrees to use good faith efforts to carry out a policy in the award of itssubcontracts, agent agreements, and procurement contracts which will, to the fullest extent, utilize DBEs consistent with the efficient performance of the Contract.
