DDA Purchase. 1.1. The undersigned Purchaser hereby purchases pursuant to this Purchase Agreement the DDA sold in the Offering by the Token Issuer, for future delivery of the Tokens representing the value of the Purchase set forth in the Purchaser Questionnaire portion of this Purchase Agreement. The number of Tokens to be received will be determined as described in the DDA.
