Deadline Extended. Whenever either Party is required to commence or complete any action within a specified period, the performance of which action is excused under the terms of this Agreement by reasons of an event of Force Majeure, such period shall be extended by an amount equal to the duration of the period such performance was excused by such event of Force Majeure occurring or continuing during such period; provided, however, that the Term shall not be extended.
