Deadline for Evaluation Meetings. A meeting to discuss an evaluation shall be held within forty- five (45) days after the applicable anniversary date, or after the end of any prescriptive period for remediation (“PPR”) or warning period. This deadline may be extended to accommodate the employee’s illness or injury. Where the deadline is not satisfied, the employee shall be granted an annual overall presumptive rating equal to their last annual overall rating, but not less than Meets Job Expectation. However, if the time for annual evaluation falls during a PPR or warning period (See the Disciplinary and Corrective Action Article, Section 3(b)(2) & (3)), the annual evaluation shall be waived, and the last evaluation in such process shall be deemed to be the annual evaluation.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential. (b) In those cases where a meeting is designated confidential, the Union shall be provided with a reason for such designation. (c) A designated member of the Union shall be provided a copy of the agenda and minutes of all open meetings. (d) Notwithstanding 18.04(b), any faculty member may request that an Union representative attend as an observer at meetings where the faculty member reasonably believes their working conditions under Article 12 will be affected. Management will be notified by the Union in advance of the meeting regarding their attendance at the meeting.

  • Union Meetings The Employer recognizes the Union's interest in keeping its members informed and aware of its activities through regular union meetings. The Employer may approve the use of the agency facilities to hold union meetings. Union meetings, including general and/or committee(s) meetings, held on employer premises will not interfere with the operation of the Employer.

  • Negotiation Meetings The first bargaining session shall be held at a mutually agreed time and date within fourteen (14) days of the request. All proposals by the parties shall be written and submitted to the representative(s) of both teams at the first meeting. No additional items shall be submitted by either party following the first meeting, unless mutually agreed by the parties. Additional ground rules, if any, will be established at the first meeting. Bargaining sessions shall not be scheduled during the regular teacher workday. Time and dates as used in this Article may be changed by mutual agreement.

  • Quarterly Meetings a. The Parties must meet as frequently as necessary to ensure proper oversight of this MOU but not less frequently than quarterly to address care coordination, Quality Improvement (“QI”) activities, QI outcomes, systemic and case- specific concerns, and communication with others within their organizations about such activities. These meetings may be conducted virtually. b. Within 30 Working Days after each quarterly meeting, the Parties must each post on its website the date and time the quarterly meeting occurred, and, as applicable, distribute to meeting participants a summary of any follow-up action items or changes to processes that are necessary to fulfill the Parties’ obligations under the Medi-Cal Managed Care Contract, the MHP Contract, and this MOU. c. The Parties must invite the other Party’s Responsible Person and appropriate program executives to participate in quarterly meetings to ensure appropriate committee representation, including local presence, to discuss and address care coordination and MOU-related issues. The Parties’ Subcontractors and Downstream Subcontractors should be permitted to participate in these meetings, as appropriate. d. The Parties must report to DHCS updates from quarterly meetings in a manner and frequency specified by DHCS.

  • Annual Meetings The Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the election of directors shall be held on such date and at such time as shall be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors. Any other proper business may be transacted at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
