Deadline for Submission. A Bank must submit a proposed capital res- toration plan no later than 15 business- days after it receives written notifica- tion that such a plan is required either because the notice specifically states that the Director has required the sub- mission of a plan or the notice indi- ▇▇▇▇▇ that the Bank’s capital classi- fication or reclassification is to a cat- egory for which a capital restoration plan is a mandatory action required of the Bank. The Director may extend this deadline if the Director deter- mines that such extension is necessary. Any such extension shall be in writing and provide a specific date by which the Bank must submit its proposed capital restoration plan.
