Deadline to Complete Project. Project Operator shall complete construction of the Project by or before May 11, 2020 (hereinafter the “completion deadline”). Completion of the Project shall mean that the Project has been issued a Certificate of Occupancy by the City.   • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement.
