Deadline to Submit Claims. Class Members will have ninety (90) days from the Notice Date of the Settlement to submit either Tier 1 or Tier 2 claims (“Claims Period”). Claims may be reviewed and evaluated throughout the Claims Period. Payments will be made only after the conclusion of the Claims Period and when all claims have been submitted to and evaluated by the Settlement Administrator.
