Dealings in Futures Contracts and Options. 2.1 You agree and acknowledge that: (a) Transactions related to Exchange Traded Futures and Options will be subject to the rules of the relevant markets and Exchanges; and (b) you may have a varying level and type of protection in relation to Transactions on different markets and Exchanges. 2.2 You agree to promptly provide us, upon our request, with such information concerning you, including your name and beneficial identity, as the SFC may request. You acknowledge that we will in such case provide such information concerning you to the SFC.
