Dealings With Security Assets. 4.1 Negative pledge (a) create or permit to subsist any Security on any Security Asset during the Security Period except as expressly permitted by the Interim Facility Agreement; or (b) sell, transfer, lease out, lend or otherwise dispose of all or any part of the Security Assets except as expressly permitted by the Interim Facility Agreement.
