DEALINGS WITH THE BORROWER. The Administrative Agent may grant extensions of time and other indulgences, take and give up securities, accept compositions, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Borrower as the Required Lenders may see fit, without prejudice to the liability of the Borrower or to the Finance Parties’ rights in respect of the security conferred upon them pursuant to the terms of the Operative Documents.
