Death While Employed. In the event of your death during the Contract Period, this Agreement shall automatically terminate. Thereafter, your designated beneficiary (or, if there is no such beneficiary, your estate) shall receive any Accrued Compensation and Benefits as of the date of your death. In no event shall a distribution be made pursuant to the preceding sentence later than the 60th day following your death.
