Common use of Death While Employed Clause in Contracts

Death While Employed. Equivalent were credited to such account as of each January 1 and July 1, commencing with January 1, 1989, until the date of death at the rate set forth in subsection (a) hereof. Such beneficiary shall be entitled to receive such death benefit within ninety (90) days after the Employer has been notified in writing of the death of the Employee and has been provided with any additional information, forms or other documents it may reasonably request.
