Debit Card Transactions. For us to pay overdrafts for non-recurring, or one-time, debit-card transactions, you must affirmatively opt-in by executing Ent’s Opt-In Disclosure. If you do not opt in and a merchant asks us to authorize a transaction that would exceed your available balance, Ent will decline the transaction at the point-of-sale, and it will not assess you a fee. If you opt in and a merchant asks us to authorize a transaction that would exceed your available balance, Ent may pay the transaction, and, if it does so, you will be assessed an overdraft fee only if paying the transaction results in an actual balance more than negative ten dollars when it is presented to us for payment (this may occur up to three (3) days after authorization). If your debit-card transaction is authorized with a sufficient available balance to cover the transaction, you will not be assessed a fee even if your actual balance is insufficient to cover the transaction at the time it is presented to us for payment.
