Debt Incurred Using Card Information. When a Cardholder incurs Debt without having presented their Card, such as when making a Purchase over the phone, on the Internet or by mail order using their Card Information, the legal effect is the same as if the Cardholder has used the Card and signed a sales draft or receipt, or entered their PIN.
