Common use of Debt Instruments Clause in Contracts

Debt Instruments. Attached hereto as Schedule 6 is a true and correct list of all promissory notes, instruments (other than checks to be deposited in the ordinary course of business), tangible chattel paper, electronic chattel paper and other evidence of indebtedness (including all intercompany notes between or among any two or more Pledgors or any of their Subsidiaries), in each case in excess of $500,000 on an individual basis, held by any Pledgor as of the date hereof that are required to be pledged under the Loan Agreement.
