Common use of Debt Payment Clause in Contracts

Debt Payment. 7.1 The debt payment shall be made by the DEBTOR in the same currency as the Credit Facility provided by MANDIRI BANK and shall be effectively received by MANDIRI BANK in its branch office in Jakarta Branch – Thamrin at the latest at 14.00 (fourteen) Western Indonesia Time namely on the same date as t he Date of Payment of Interest and the last installment shall be paid 5 (five) years as of the signing of this Credit Agreement provided that the schedule and amount of the installment payment shall be as follows: - the 1st (first) anniversary: 10% (ten percent) of total principal of Credit Facility being withdrawn; - the 2nd (second) anniversary: 10% (ten percent) of total principal of Credit Facility being withdrawn; - the 3rd (third) anniversary: 15% (fifteen percent) of total principal of Credit Facility being withdrawn; - the 4th (fourth) anniversary: 15% (fifteen percent) of total principal of Credit Facility being withdrawn; - 5 years as of the date of signing of the Credit Agreement: 50% (fifty percent) of total principal of Credit Facility being withdrawn; Where: - the 1st (first) year up to the 4th (fourth) year are calculated respectively as of the anniversary of the first credit withdrawal date. - the 5th (fifth) year shall be calculated 5 (five) years as of the date of signing of the Credit Agreement. 7.2 If the date of Debt payment falls not on the Working Day, the DEBTOR shall be obliged to provide the fund in its account at MANDIRI BANK for the interest of the payment on the previous Working Day. 7.3 The Debt payment received by MANDIRI BANK after 14.00 (fourteen) Western Indonesia Time shall be considered already received by MANDIRI BANK on the subsequent Working Day.
