Common use of Decision and Fee Clause in Contracts

Decision and Fee. The decision of the arbitrator, within the limits prescribed in this Article VI, shall be binding on all parties to the grievance, including the Village, the Association Chapter and the aggrieved employee. The fee and expenses of the arbitrator shall be borne equally by the Village and the Association Chapter. No joint expenses shall be incurred except by mutual agreement of the parties.
