Common use of Decision Final Clause in Contracts

Decision Final. Any decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final, conclusive and binding on the parties, and the parties agree to exclude, so far as it is lawfully possible to exclude, any right of application or appeal to the courts in connection with any question of law arising in the arbitration or in connection with any award or decision made by the arbitrator, except as may to be necessary to enforce such award or decision.
