Decision-making procedure. When the committee agrees on an interpretation of the provisions of the collective agreement over which the dispute has arisen, the Commission shall issue a directive to that effect. When the committee does not reach such an agreement, settlement of the dispute is then referred to the Commission, in order for it to make a decision. Regardless, the parties shall at all times retain the recourses available to them. 32.01 Term: This collective agreement shall be in effect from August 1, 2021 to April 30, 2025.
