Decision Making Rights and Operations. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement, upon payment in full of the Purchase Price, DTOR or its assigns shall be solely responsible for the decision making in relation to the Mining Claims and all mining and exploration on the Mining Claims, unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing. DTOR shall permit the Vendor, without interference to the ordinary conduct of operations at the Mt. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mine, to have reasonable access during normal business hours until the Purchase Price has been paid in full.
