Decision of Arbitrators. The decision of a majority of the arbitrators (“Arbitration Award”) will be rendered no later than twenty (20) days after the conclusion of the arbitration hearing and will be binding upon all the Parties and will be based on the provisions of this Mine Reclamation Agreement and applicable New Mexico or federal law.
