Decisions by Committee Sample Clauses

The "Decisions by Committee" clause establishes that certain decisions within an agreement or organization must be made collectively by a designated group rather than by an individual. Typically, this clause outlines the composition of the committee, the voting procedures, and the types of matters that require committee approval, such as budget allocations or policy changes. By centralizing decision-making authority in a committee, the clause ensures that important actions reflect a consensus or majority view, thereby promoting fairness, transparency, and shared responsibility.
