Decisions of the. PROJECT TEAM shall be reflected in the approved minutes. Meeting minutes shall be prepared jointly by the PROJECT MANAGERS to record all issues discussed and decisions. Minutes that have not been objected to in writing by a Party within six (6) business days of receipt thereof shall be deemed approved by such Party and followed by issuance of two (2) copies of the minutes duly executed by the Parties' PROJECT MANAGER.
