Common use of Declaration of Authority Clause in Contracts

Declaration of Authority. Buyer and Seller shall have executed the Declaration of Authority in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J (as may be amended from time to time in accordance with requirements of PJM) and the Declaration of Authority shall remain in effect during the Term of this Agreement. In the event PJM requires that the Declaration of Authority be amended after execution by Seller, Seller agrees to execute a revised Declaration of Authority in accordance with PJM requirements.
