Declaration of Compliance Sample Clauses

Declaration of Compliance. The Settlement Administrator shall prepare a declaration attesting to compliance with the Settlement Notice requirements set forth above and a statement of the number of Persons the Media Plan reached. Such declaration shall be provided to Defendant’s Counsel and Class Counsel and filed with the Court no later than seven (7) days prior to the Final Approval Hearing.

Declaration of Compliance. 6.9.1 The Authority requires you to confirm within question SQC4b of the Selection Questionnaire that each sub-contractor and/or Consortium member named in the Tender has read, understood and complied with the statements contained within Attachment 7 - Declaration of Compliance Part B. This provides the Authority with assurance that statements made by or in relation to the sub- contractors and/or Consortium members are accurate and that they have participated in this Procurement in accordance with the terms of the ITT and the Terms of Participation in Attachment 6.

Declaration of Compliance. The Claims Administrator shall prepare a declaration attesting to compliance with the Class Notice requirements of this Settlement Agreement. Such declaration shall be provided to Class Counsel and Defendants’ Counsel no later than sixteen (16) days prior to the Final Approval Hearing, and Class Counsel will file the declaration with the Court in support of Final Approval.

Declaration of Compliance. On or before March 1 of each Funding Year, the Board will issue a Compliance Declaration declaring that the HSP has complied with the terms of this Agreement. The form of the declaration is set out in Schedule E and may be amended by the Funder from time to time through the term of this Agreement.

Declaration of Compliance. So long as: 1. the Manager, Community and Social Services Direct Operations (the “Manager”) has been duly authorized to make the declaration on behalf of the Board that is required by Section 8.1(f); 2. appropriate inquiries have been made; 3. it is accurate and includes all relevant exceptions, if any; and, 4. it has been approved by the Board prior to its delivery to the LHIN, the LHIN will accept a completed Compliance Declaration that has been signed by the Manager on behalf of the Board.

Declaration of Compliance. No later than thirty (30) days prior to the Final Approval 25 Hearing date, the Settlement Administrator shall provide Class Counsel and counsel for Defendant with 26 a declaration attesting to completion of the notice process, including any attempts to obtain Updated 27 Addresses for, and the re-sending of, any returned Class Notices, including any and all other required 28 steps, the number of opt outs and objections and any other requirements necessary for the final approval 1 motion .
