Common use of Declaration of Lease Clause in Contracts

Declaration of Lease. Pursuant to that certain Land Lease Agreement dated _________, ___, 2012, by and between Landlord and Tenant (the “Lease”), Landlord has leased to Tenant that certain tract of land more particularly described on Exhibit A (the “Leased Premises”), together with the non- exclusive right to use certain portions of the Land more particularly described in the Lease as the “Joint Use Areas”.

Declaration of Lease.
