Common use of Declared State of Emergency Clause in Contracts

Declared State of Emergency. In the case of a declared State of Emergency involving a public health crisis creating special circumstances affecting the operations of the Hospital, the Hospital and Union, upon request, will meet to discuss safety measures within fourteen (14) days of the request, (i.e. area for donning and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of gowns, disaster relief pay, PPE, etc.)
