Common use of Deconversion Costs Clause in Contracts

Deconversion Costs. In the event of termination or non-renewal of this Agreement, the Fund shall pay DST AMS for the Deconversion costs as noted in Section 9.2; however, notwithstanding the foregoing, no payment for Deconversion shall be owed to DST AMS if the Trust does not request Deconversion from DST AMS, as set forth in Section 9.2.
