Common use of Decrease in Base Salary Clause in Contracts

Decrease in Base Salary. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following sentence to the end of Section 3(a): “Effective as of April 5, 2020, Executive will be paid zero U.S. dollars of base salary until and through June 30, 2020, and Executive’s annual base salary of one million, seven hundred and fifty thousand U.S. dollars ($1,750,000) is reduced by four hundred seventeen thousand, one hundred and twenty-three U.S. dollars ($417,123), representing the portion of his annual base salary attributable to the period from April 5, 2020 through June 30, 2020.”

Decrease in Base Salary. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following sentence to the end of Section 3(a): “Effective as of April 5July 1, 2020, Executive will be paid zero U.S. dollars of Executive’s base salary until and through June 30is decreased by twenty percent (20%), 2020, and Executive’s annual base salary of one million, seven from four hundred and fifty seventy-five thousand U.S. dollars ($1,750,000475,000) is reduced by four hundred seventeen thousand, one per annum to three hundred and twenty-three eighty thousand U.S. dollars ($417,123), representing the portion of his annual 380,000) per annum. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following sentence to the end of Section 3(a): “Effective as of April 5July 1, 2020, Executive will be paid zero seventy-four thousand, three hundred and fifteen U.S. dollars ($74,315) of base salary until and through June 30July 31, 2020, and Executive’s annual base salary of one million, seven hundred and fifty thousand U.S. dollars ($1,750,000) is reduced by an additional seventy-four hundred seventeen thousand, one three hundred and twenty-three fifteen U.S. dollars ($417,12374,315), representing the portion of his annual base salary attributable to the period from April 5July 1, 2020 through June 30July 31, 2020.”

This decrease in base salary shall be effective until and through June 30, 2020, and Executive’s annual base salary of one million, seven hundred and fifty thousand U.S. dollars ($1,750,000) is reduced by four hundred seventeen thousand, one hundred and twenty-three U.S. dollars ($417,123), representing the portion of his annual base salary attributable to the period from April 5, 2020 through June 30, 2020.”
